Translation – Summer Hangout Spot: Secret After School Spent with Gyarus v1.0.1

About this game

Summer Hangout Spot: Secret After School Spent with Gyarus — known in Japan as Natsu no Tamariba – Gyaru-tachi to Sugosu Himitsu no Houkago – — follows a private, after-school affair in the company of gyaru girls, and this unofficial fan translation (v5) puts the whole thing into English. All in-game Japanese has been converted using Grok 4.7, which worked from the complete context of each scene instead of translating lines in isolation, and the tutorial pages were redrawn to match. The patch targets game version 1.0.1 exclusively. The game files are not part of the download, so pick up the DLsite release to support the developer. Installation involves two locations and a single script. Move the three ThreeGals-Windows_EN_P files into ThreeGalsContentPaks, then put the remaining six items — Apply_EXE_Patch.bat, Apply_EXE_Patch.ps1, Restore_EXE.bat, Restore_EXE.ps1, ThreeGals_EN_exe.patch and Play_English.bat — into the main game directory beside ThreeGals.exe. With the game shut down, launch Apply_EXE_Patch.bat: it confirms which build you have, saves a copy of the original executable, and then patches it. Afterwards, always start the game via Play_English.bat. Testing was done on the DLsite Ver(1.0.1) release alone, so other builds and later updates may misbehave. If the patcher answers “Unknown version,” your copy does not match the supported release and you should stop there. Japanese text still showing up generally means the game was started the usual way rather than through Play_English.bat. A missing picture on the in-game PC screen or similar visual faults tend to come from graphics drivers on particular machines; the 1.0.1 update addresses the absent PC-screen image. Coming from an older patch? Overwrite the previous files with the new ones and run Apply_EXE_Patch.bat once more. To go back to the untouched game, execute Restore_EXE.bat and remove the three _EN_P files from the Paks folder.
