Escape in the White Rain ~Falling into the Bride of an Insect~

About this game

Shiraame is an exorcist whose pride is matched by her duty: she guards a sacred mountain, and she has never once considered abandoning that post. When the seal on an insect nest deep beneath the peak gives way, she is pulled inside, and the game follows her long, ugly fight to climb back out. Every route upward is crowded with larvae in motion, oversized flies, and tendrils that look disturbingly like plant growth. The nest is not a maze to be solved so much as a body to be survived. What begins as a rescue mission against her surroundings slowly turns inward. Shiraame’s defiance is the engine of the story, and watching that defiance erode is the point; the horror comes less from any single creature than from how the environment keeps rewriting her. Captivity, bodily change, and a mind coming apart under pressure are braided together with the swarming, wet-eyed imagery of the nest itself. She enters as a guardian and ends as something the nest has claimed. Nichiyanaa Original / Konomi P developed the title, which appeared on DLsite on May 7, 2026. Version 1.0.0 is a Windows release, censored, with an English DeepL translation credited to TwilightDragonSlayer. Those who want a dark, insectile descent with a protagonist who resists every step of the way will find it here.
