Four years abroad come to an end, and the homecoming at the center of The Guy in Charge is anything but welcoming. You step back into a shared household where the young women living there make their displeasure plain, and where the man who stayed behind — Devon — is the very reason you were sent away in the first place. Karen’s name hangs over the whole affair, tied to the incident that put an ocean between you and everyone else. What follows is a story about walking back into a house shaped by the relationships you abandoned. Resentment has had time to settle in, and the tensions you left unresolved now dictate how daily life plays out under that roof. You decide whether to put in the work of mending what broke with the people around you, or to stand back and let Devon carry on running things exactly as he likes. That fork in the road defines the experience. The project comes from EroStories, the developer previously known as totallyoklad9348 and the creator of Revenge or Love. It is offered in English and runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac. The current build, version 0.25, is uncensored and carries a listed release date of October 4, 2026. A few optional additions exist for players who want them: a walkthrough and gallery, an incest patch, and an Italian translation. The patch and the translation are unofficial releases and do not come from the developer.
