FUTAGENIC! is a horror experience from developer BaasB that begins with your character coming to in a grim asylum, her memories gone and no obvious exit in sight. The facility is not empty. Something moves through its halls, and every passage seems designed to keep you contained while the things living there close in. Before anything else, you need to understand how you ended up locked away — and then you need to get out. Progress depends on more than running. You explore the twisting corridors, hunt for clues, and slip past or hide from the threats that patrol them, balancing stealth with the constant pressure of survival. The mystery at the center of the asylum unfolds piece by piece, and what you learn along the way may prove harder to stomach than the building itself. Answers and escape are not the same goal, and reaching one does not guarantee the other. Presentation leans into discomfort. The game unfolds in a 3D environment, paired with 2dcg art and animated scenes that sharpen its unpleasant mood. Its adult content centers on a female lead and trans/futa themes, supported by distinctive stylized character work, while explicit violence drives home how brutal the setting really is. This English-language release for Windows is labeled Version Preview C, offering an early look at a game built on pursuit, uncertainty, and the fight to walk away.
